About Me

I am a Breast Cancer Thriver, using holistic protocols for prevention. I educate and support women before, during, and after any type of cancer or breast cancer treatments to help their bodies heal with good nutrition, support their emotional healing, bring their hope and joy back, and create lifestyle changes. I’ve created 12-step protocols for healing and prevention of the recurrence of cancer that I use personally and have used to help my clients in their healing process.

My Mission

I support my clients on their cancer journey to help them feel empowered about the choices they have, so they can make educated decisions that are best for ‘their body’ and help them navigate the challenging cancer system.

I teach my clients how to heal and cleanse their bodies of environmental and food toxins that may have contributed to their disease. The average adult applies 300 chemicals on their body in a day, with 80 of them being before breakfast. I teach them how to optimize their nutritional absorption of the right food for their body.

Avoid Chemicals/Foods: Cancer Causing

  1. BPA’s, GMO’s, plastics in the microwave
  2. Xenoestrogens – mimic estrogen in the body
  3. Chemicals, food dyes and coloring, toxins on the body
  4. Hormones, pesticides, and chemicals in food
  5. Non-organic meat, dairy, and produce
  6. Soybeans and oils – plant-based phytoestrogen
  7. Sugar, white flour, white rice
  8. Fluoride in toothpaste
  9. Aluminum in deodorant and pots

Healing and Preventative Foods

  1. Cruciferous Veggies: Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, bok choy, cabbage, and broccoli microgreens (contain sulforaphane and DIM; helps you metabolize estrogen better)
  2. Lemon and Limes: Alkalinity
  3. Dark Greens and Watercress
  4. Fresh Herbs: Rosemary, thyme, oregano
  5. Ashwagandha – adaptogen
